TARTE CARAMELISEE AUX POIRES



This recipe came from Elle Magazine (Elle à Table, Nº 54, 2007).
Evan didn't want the "crème fleurette" that the recipe called for (what is crème fleurette, anyway?) so I made a custard base for the tart.
